Ordering takes four steps. Nothing is charged automatically: your order is confirmed once we have checked your payment on the blockchain.

We accept three ways to pay: Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network, and USDT or USDC on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network. Other coins and networks are not accepted.

USDT and USDC exist on several blockchains. We accept them only on Ethereum, shown in most wallets as ERC-20.

A kit is ten vials of one product, all at the same strength. Every price on the site is for a full kit.

We ship worldwide to the countries listed at checkout, with flat shipping priced by the number of kits.

Once your order ships we email you a tracking number, where the carrier provides one.

International parcels pass through customs. Here is what you are responsible for, and what we do if a parcel is seized.

Delivery depends on carriers and authorities we do not control. This is what we cover, and what we cannot.

If you have a product from your order tested by an independent laboratory and the result fails, you choose between a full refund and a reship. These are the conditions from section 8 of our Terms.

Everything we sell is meant for laboratory research. It is not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnosis, treatment or any therapeutic purpose.
