Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain, and you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, where available. We aim for delivery in 12–14 days, counted from the moment your order has been handed off by the shipping facility.

Shipping is a flat $65 for orders of up to 10 kits, plus $10 for every further 10 kits or part of 10. The fee is calculated automatically in your cart and included in your order total.

2. International Shipping

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that importing these products is lawful in their destination country — see our Terms & Conditions. We are not responsible for shipments seized, delayed, or refused by customs.

3. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge only before payment has been sent. Once a cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled, because the payment itself cannot be reversed.

4. Refunds

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and are irreversible by design, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued back to a cryptocurrency address you provide. Refunds may be considered for:

• An order that never shipped due to an error on our part
• A product that arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered
• An order lost in transit, once confirmed with the carrier

Refunds are not available simply because the market value of the cryptocurrency used to pay has changed, or because a payment was sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address (see Terms & Conditions).
